The Koran and the Sunnah, a Way to an Understanding of Islam
The Koran; Allahs own words; unchanged, universal, eternal and final, given to the last prophet, Mohammed, by a series of revelations. The Sunna; The life of the prophet, what he said (hadith) and what he did (sira), inspired by Allah and a pattern for each and every muslim to follow;" Certainly you have in the Messenger of Allah an excellent exemplar for him who hopes in Allah and the latter day and remembers Allah much." (Khoran 33:21). These are the scriptures that sharia, the Islamic Holy Law is based on.
Abrogation- All the suras isn´t valid when they have been changed by god with new and better ones
"We do not abrogate any verse or cause it to be forgotten unless We substitute for it something better or similar; do you know that God has power over all things?" (Khoran 2:100) samt "When we substitute one verse for another - and God knows best what He reveals - they say 'you are but a forger"' (Khoran 16:103).
Islam impossible to revise without a denial of God
Since the verses (suras) of Allah is both eternal, universal and final it´s almost impossible to revise (modernise) the religion of Islam."...; and there is none to change the words of Allah,..." (Khoran 6:34), " And the word of your Lord has been accomplished truly and justly; there is none who can change His words, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing." (Khoran 6:115), "They shall have good news in this world's life and in the hereafter; there is no changing the words of Allah; that is the mighty achievement" (Khoran 10:64)
The concept of "Bida" forbids innovation in religion
"Beware of matters newly begun, for every matter newly begun is innovation, every innovation is misguidance, and every misguidance is in hell." ( ) , " ... the only form of innovation that is without exception misguidance is that concerning tenets of faith, like the innovations of the Mutazilites, Qadarites, Murjiites, and so on, that contradicted the beliefs of the early Muslims. This is the innovation of misguidance because it is harmful and devoid of benefit." The denial of a surah in the Khoran is looked upon as apostasy (Ridda) and is punishable by death.

In islam there is no pick and choose. -Ulema interprets and the umma follows!

The world according to Islam
Islam divides the world into two compartments; Dar al-Islam (the house of peace) and Dar al-Harb (House of war). Dar al-Islam is where Islam rules and therefore there is no longer war (with Allah). Dar al-Harb on the contrary is where submission to Allah (Allah as perceived by islam) has not yet taken place, and therefore is in a state of war.
The Harbi
The London-based Arabic language daily Asharq Al-Awsat interviewed Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi on July 19, 2003, where he said: "It has been determined by Islamic law that the blood and property of people of Dar Al-Harb [the Domain of Disbelief where the battle for the domination of Islam should be waged] is not protected.", Also, in an interview conducted in July 2003 by the Egyptian newspaper Al-Haqiqa, Dr. Sheikh Ali Gomaa said:"...it is permitted to kill him, because he is a Harbi and the Harbi spreads corruption throughout the face of the earth.",
Umma versus the infidels
Islam is apartheid, due to gender and due to religious affinity. It not just separates and excludes, it also values a man due to his religion. The logic is simpel, a muslim is always worth more than a non-muslim and it is because the muslim is pleasing Allah, whence the non-muslim not pleases him, when he´s a denyer of Allah and the prophet Muhammed. "They are one community (umma) to the exclusion of all man" , "A believer shall no slay a believer for the sake of an unbeliever, nor shall he aid an unbeliever against a believer... How to value the infidel according to sharia

Is Islam compatible with our western conception of freedom, equality and democracy?
The aim of the pious muslim, whether he´s fundamentalist or a "moderate" muslim is a life in accordance with teachings of Islam. - A society built on Allah´s own divine words, with implemented sharia, a theocracy where concepts as freedom, equality and democracy are obsolete and without any meaning since they are man-made.

Islamic Conference; The Cairo Declaration on Human Rights in Islam
A declaration of the human rights by the Organisation of the islamic Conference (OIC). Due to the articles 24 and 25 all human rights is a subject to the prescriptions of the sharia. ARTICLE 24: All the rights and freedoms stipulated in this Declaration are subject to the Islamic Shari'ah. ARTICLE 25: The Islamic Shari'ah is the only source of reference for the explanation or clarification of any of the articles of this declaration.
Ulema´s View on Western Human Rights Organizations ?

Islamist no:1. The militant jihadist
Islamists comes in two versions. The ultimate aim is the same, a islamic society based on the sharia law. It is only the means to get there that is setting them appart, by revolution or by reform.

Who is obliged to fight in jihad

Jihad - a war that never ends
